Offering therapeutic shiatsu treatments and classes. Steven Glaser & Hannah Pysto Shiatsu is a method of treating imbalances with finger pressure.
Thumbs, hands and arms are used to apply pressure to certain points in order to correct irregularities of the body, maintain or improve health, and contribute to the healing of illnesses. Treatments encourage postural and inner awareness through passive stretching, acupressure release and compression. This approach allows for the reorganization of subtle movement patterns and deep relief from chronic pain, recent accidents and/or injuries. The result is both rejuvenating and relaxing, moving each client towards a deeper freedom of movement and greater equilibrium of health and well-being.
