There is no shortage of talent on the ESCO team. We are excited to introduce Trisha Kindermann a highly skilled esthetician and member of our community leader team!

Trisha is an accomplished, licensed esthetician, nail technician, and permanent makeup artist. She also serves as the director of the ACT program at the Douglas Education Center, offering one of the very first accredited courses for permanent makeup and lash extensions on the east coast.

She has dedicated her career to emphasizing the importance of both high-quality ingredients and personal connections with everyone she encounters. Trisha firmly believes that by empowering others, you empower yourself, and she considers herself fortunate to do this within the beauty industry.

Starting from humble beginnings and establishing her business from scratch in a new location, she understands the profound impact of forging genuine connections. She treats each client as if they are her only one, a commitment that has consistently earned her 5:star: reviews.

Carline Vargas-Gonzalez is a highly accomplished professional in the spa and wellness industry, with an extensive background spanning over a decade. Her expertise is demonstrated through her roles as the owner of Euphoric Transcendence in Houston, TX, and her position as the spa director at The MJ Treatment Spa & Wellness in Bronx, NY. In these roles Carline has honed her skills as an esthetician, massage therapist, and a certified crystal practitioner.

Carline's dedication to professional growth is further evident in her academic achievements. She holds a bachelor's degree in medical informatics as well as a master's degree in human resource management. Carline's exceptional talent has not gone unnoticed. She has achieved recognition as a top 10 finalist at The Skin Games in both 2018 and 2019, a testament to her outstanding skills and contributions to the industry.

Jenn is more than just an esthetician - she's a compassionate caregiver with nearly two decades of experience in healthcare. As a paramedic and medical imaging technologist, she saw firsthand the importance of personalized care and decided to apply that same approach to the world of esthetics. After obtaining her license, Jenn worked in both day spa and med spa settings before striking out on her own and establishing Envision Esthetics in Tampa, Florida.

At Envision Esthetics, Jenn specializes in corrective facial and body treatments that address a variety of skin concerns. But she doesn't just stop there - she's also a permanent makeup artist, non-laser tattoo removal specialist, and practitioner of ayurvedic and energetic healing therapies. Currently she is working on her yoga teacher training with the goal of bringing a complete mind-body experience to her clients.

Jenn's unique combination of medical expertise and holistic healing practices make her a truly one-of-a-kind esthetician. Her clients trust her to not only make them look great, but to feel great too - and that's exactly what she delivers.

Nichelle is an educator and CIDESCO certified, award-winning aesthetician with a decade of experience in professional skincare.

She has worked with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and other clinicians, written for top industry publications, and designed education for leading brands.

Nichelle now leads CorneoClinical™ YOUNIVERSITY, a team of science-forward professionals dedicated to whole-person wellness.

She has a Bachelor's of Science in Public Administration and certifications in nutrition, non-surgical body wellness, and trichology. Nichelle also coaches individuals and businesses on integrative solutions.

🎉We are so excited to share more about the ESCO Team. Please welcome Melissa Bivelacque Mercado!

Over the past 20 years Melissa Bivelacque Mercado has worked as a licensed esthetician, salon and spa manager, day spa owner, esthetics educator as well as a leader and mentor to many. She is based out of Wallingford, CT.

Melissa is a 2018 & 2019 Award-Winning Esthetician and international finalist at THE SKIN GAMES competition. She was also an expert judge in 2021 and 2022. Her specialties include body waxing and skincare treatments. She is proud to be oncology trained thru Oncology Training International and a Sensitive Skin Specialist thru Hale & Hush.

In addition to running a successful spa and an advanced training facility, Melissa is the co-founder of the Connecticut Coalition of Esthetics. This coalition fought for and received licensing for esthetician’s, nail technicians and lash artists in 2020. Previous to 2020, none of these professions were regulated by the CT state board of health.

Melissa is an educator for a handful of professional brands including Hale & Hush, Esthederm and Thalgo.

We are excited to announce the next chapter for our cherished Facebook group, which has long been a hub for estheticians to connect, learn, and share experiences. We begin this journey with a new identity - the Esthetics Collective (ESCO). This change reflects our deep commitment to fostering a community that celebrates the power of unity within the world of esthetics.

The Esthetics Collective is facilitated by a team of familiar faces and expert estheticians within the industry who share a joint vision for the group's future. They bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and a shared passion for the art and science of esthetics.

We encourage you to continue actively participating in the ESCO, as your unique perspectives, expertise, and enthusiasm are what make our community flourish. Together, we can create a space that nurtures connections, facilitates learning, and inspires growth, all while celebrating the incredible contributions of estheticians.
