If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service price - NO EXCEPTIONS! To rebook your service, you will have to pay 50% upfront of your next appointment price. RESCHEDULING
You have 24 HOURS before your appointment to reschedule. You get ONE (1) courtesy reschedule. If you have to reschedule again after the courtesy reschedule you will forfeit your deposit and have to pay another $25 deposit.
