It's a no from me! Even with powder I got shiny.
I'm trying the new double wear formulation. Already I noticed it has a thinner coverage so you'll need to use more or invest in concealer. Also it has a much longer dry time.......it still felt like it was drying 2 hours later, you may need to invest in powder.
