4 Haircare mistakes I see in my chair every week:

1. Yall knew this was coming. Shampoo your hair. Clean your scalp!

2. You burning your hair out bc you aren’t using a heat protectant when you use heat.

3. Those ponytails are tooo tight! Those braids are too heavy! Eventually, your follicles will show the damage.

4. You don’t trim enough. Once a year is not enough. 3-4x a year, minimum.
