I got asked a lot about how I grew out my hair when I posted this pic in my story. I honestly haven’t been doing much to my hair at all externally to be honest you guys. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Ma*****na is more dangerous than we think. It greatly contributed to my esophageal inflammation. Let me explain.

At first I thought it was the smoke itself that was creating more acidity and damaging my esophagus.

Come to find out ma*****na use causes a condition that we call “Cotton Mouth”.

Which I never thought much of, However when I attempted to eat the plant instead of smoking it I noticed dysphasia (the inability to swallow) returning.
