You heard what lizzo said?? Lol, I gain it. I lose it and build it back because my products actually work!! what I've noticed is I was building it wrong because I've been 180, and I could barely walk. My doctors kept saying I was overweight, but I loved being fat 😅

Do too much. My knees would swell so badly, and I developed osteoarthritis really badly. I mean, I wanted a knee replacement because I didn't want to lose weight
Even though life happens and I don't have a regime what so ever rt now, it's just life lifing!! But building it back this time the correct way is all im focused on. I need my knees and my health. You wanna build real curves. You gotta follow me here 🤪 😌 🤗 I been doing it for years, and you see the timeline? Aint nun changed my baby!

Woooooo, I haven't been this small in over 10 years definitely a shocker but hey when you realize noone is coming you gotta snap out of it and keep your faith the devil has been so busy these last few years but aint no way imma let him step in and stop me I may have paused but I never stopped!!

BACK ON MY FEET GOAL WEIGHT 150! I think my knees will be safe there cause that 180 had my knee caps buckling and holding on for dear life wanting a knee replacement lol 😆 😅 😂
