Life has been life-ing lately.

If you’ve noticed I’ve been a little quiet on here, it’s because I’ve been going through a major life transition.

My daughter has officially left the nest. She’s building a life of her own, and while I’m incredibly proud of her, I’d be lying if I said it hasn’t been an adjustment. For years, it was “us.” Now it’s time for me to figure out what this next chapter looks like.

I’ve also found a new place to call home and I’m preparing for a fresh start. Exciting? Yes. A little scary? Also yes.

There have been days when I’ve felt distracted, overwhelmed, and honestly a little down. But one thing I’ve learned is that growth and grief can exist in the same space. You can be happy for someone else’s new beginning while mourning the end of a season in your own life.

So if I’ve been absent, now you know why.

But here’s the thing: I’m still standing. I’m still growing. I’m still becoming.

New home. New chapter. New energy.

And apparently… it’s Hot Girl Summer. 💜✨
