Greetings beautiful souls!
This Sunday, I’m releasing the belief that because God gave me the vision, I have to carry every part of it alone.
When you’re accustomed to figuring things out, you can become so focused on making a way that you forget to leave room for someone to walk beside you. I’m learning to make that room.
There are still things I’m working through. Yet, in the midst of it all, there is good unfolding that deserves my attention and my gratitude.
I’m entering spaces where we can exchange ideas, bring our gifts together, and build as a team. There is joy in discovering that someone else sees the possibilities, too and wants to help bring them to life.
I thank the Most High for the connections taking shape, the conversations becoming opportunities, and the people welcoming both me and what I have to offer. I’m grateful for how He is preparing me to receive what I’ve been praying for.
This season, I’m making room for collaboration, shared purpose, and the blessing of being supported.
I still have work to do, but I don’t have to do it all alone. 🤲🏾

With 20 years of experience in esthetics, I’ll guide you through a live Brazilian waxing demonstration, sharing technique, client communication, comfort, and the thoughtful details behind the experience. There will also be time for your questions.

Good Morning Beautiful Souls!
There is something deeply humbling about having someone care for your feet. For me, this opening step felt sacred an invitation to settle in and receive.
A foot cleansing ritual has a practical purpose, too. Washing helps remove surface dirt and sweat, while warm water softens the skin. If salt granules are gently massaged over the skin, they provide physical exfoliation, helping loosen dead surface cells. Salt dissolved in the water creates a soak rather than a scrub.
Beyond the cleansing, the gentle touch and unhurried attention can offer a moment of relaxation before the treatment begins. Sometimes, we arrive for an appointment while our minds are still moving through everything we need to do. A thoughtful beginning gives us a moment to become present.
This is why I value the care within each step. Before moving into the treatment, there is an opportunity to help someone feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for.

Sunday Release 🤲🏾
I’m in a season of transition, and I want to be honest, trusting Allah doesn’t mean I don’t feel afraid sometimes. I’m still working through uncertainty, releasing old ideas about what my life should look like, and learning to meet myself with more compassion.
I’m realizing how hard I can be on myself. I expect myself to keep going, figure things out, and hold everything together even when I’m tired. Today, I’m releasing some of that pressure. I can take responsibility for my life and still give myself room to be human.
I’m also accepting that some relationships may change as I change. There is sadness in that. I can love people, appreciate what we’ve shared, and allow our paths to unfold without trying to force us to stay in the same place.
I’m asking Allah to help me understand what this season requires of me: what to release, what to keep nurturing, and where to take my next step. I don’t have every answer, but I want to remain open to His guidance, even when it looks different from what I imagined.
Today, my release is the belief that I should already have it all figured out. My prayer is for a softer heart toward myself and deeper trust in Allah as I move forward.

This Sunday, I’m bringing Meditation & Chill in person to Freedom Sanctuary for the first time in Atlanta, and I’d love for you to join me!
Come take a breath, settle your mind, and spend some intentional time with yourself. Through guided meditation and mindful breathing, we’ll create space to release some of what we’ve been carrying and reconnect with the present moment.
You don’t need meditation experience. Come as you are, whether your mind feels busy, your body needs rest, or you simply want a moment of stillness in community.

Let’s take a closer look at the exfoliation step of a professional facial.
Exfoliation helps remove the buildup of dead skin cells, improve skin texture, brighten a dull complexion, and allow the products that follow to absorb more effectively.
But every skin type does not need the same exfoliant or the same level of intensity. The method should be selected based on the condition of your skin, your lifestyle, your home-care routine, and any sensitivities you may have.
The goal is not to scrub the skin into submission. It is to support healthy skin without compromising its protective barrier.
And remember, exfoliation can increase sun sensitivity, especially when using ingredients such as glycolic or lactic acid, so daily SPF is essential.
