2022 I left my job as Store Director of Givenchy Atlanta. I literally opened that location from hiring a brand new team to logistics and event planning! I had two of the top clients in the entire company and traveled to Paris for Fashion week multiple times!
The money was amazing… and the people I had the opportunity to meet and network with priceless !
However, my life now…. So fulfilling in so many ways that rival my life I had before.
I’m now a FULL Time creator, influencer, Wife and Boy Mom! All things I aspired to be but wasn’t sure if it would happen in this life time!!!
The point is don’t quit … keep going … and don’t allow fear to outweigh your goals!
Post that content, pub that business. You are your own BRAND never let someone tell you what you can and can’t do or believe!
I’ll be 37 next week and I’ve lived many lives this one I’m in now … this season … takes the cake! 🎂

36 hours in early labor… trying all non medical and medical forms of inducing. Contractions with no progress…. 😭
I did everything I could to bring my baby boy into this world naturally, but I couldn’t dilate past 1.5 cm. I felt so defeated.
After hours of labor, prayers, and trusting God, I made the decision that a C-section was the best option.
I was induced because I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and fetal growth restriction. We hoped the induction would work…
It didn’t.
My body said, “No.”
That was one of the scariest feelings I’ve ever experienced. In that moment, nothing else mattered except getting my son here safely.
So I made the hardest decision of my life. I chose to sacrifice my birth plan to protect both of us. Looking back now, I truly believe that decision saved my life.
At 10:56 AM on July 31, 2026, Baby Dallas Jaxon entered this world healthy, weighing 7 lbs. 3 oz.
After being told by at least 10 different doctors that he would likely be around 5 pounds because of gestational diabetes and fetal growth restriction…
God had the final say.
WHEW… the way MY GOD is set up!! 🙏🏾😭✨
I still can’t believe I’m typing these words.
I’m somebody’s Mama.
And without question, it’s the greatest title I’ve ever been blessed to carry.

As I sit here praying 🙏🏾 and waiting for the call today about my induction time… I just can’t believe we are finally at the end!
I pray for a healthy and happy baby! And a safe delivery for me !!!
The waiting game gives me anxiety 😦 but otherwise I’m ready to walk down the yellow brick road !!!
