Hormones said chocolate.

I listened.

Chocolate protein pudding with yogurt, pecans, dark chocolate, and a drizzle of honey.

Everybody wins.

Grady Baby Shower… and I just sat with that for a minute.

It felt good to be in the room, doing the work, connecting, being present.
Moments like that always remind me I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.

And now we’re bringing that same energy back home.

I’ve come to understand that being a wounded healer doesn’t mean I’m still broken. It means I’ve been to the hard places — physically, emotionally, spiritually — and I’ve learned how to come back with medicine. My wounds taught me how to listen differently, to care deeper, and to help others find their way without losing themselves in the process.

For a long time, I thought I had to toughen up — that my sensitivity was weakness. Now I know it’s my superpower. My healing became the roadmap I now offer others: how to turn pain into purpose, burnout into alignment, and self-sacrifice into self-trust.

I’m not here to fix anyone. I’m here to remind us all that we already have what we need to heal — we just have to listen to it.

I had the honor of joining on the Meds & Magic Podcast to talk about what it truly means to be a *wounded healer*. We dove into how mindset, self-trust, and community shape our healing journeys and why it’s time for us to take our power back in how we approach health and medicine.

🪥 Tooth Powder Recipe (Clean, Simple, & Tastes Good Too!)
Here’s what I used:
• 2 Tbsp calcium carbonate (for enamel support)
• 1 tsp activated charcoal (gentle whitening + detox)
• 1 tsp xylitol (for taste + cavity protection)
• ½ tsp pink Himalayan salt
• ½ tsp powdered herbs — like peppermint, clove, or sage 🌿
• A drop or two of peppermint (or clove) essential oil — totally optional but adds a nice fresh taste!

✨ Mix it all together and store in a small glass jar.
Use a dry spoon to scoop — a little goes a long way.

Full disclosure: I actually muddled my herbs in a pink Himalayan salt mortar and pestle, so I didn’t add any extra salt afterward. You can totally do the same — it gives it a beautiful texture and aroma! 🌿

Not Crazy. Not Spoiled. Just Healing.
A journal series on choosing peace over approval, honoring boundaries, and reclaiming my voice in real time.

For a long time, I held parts of my story in silence.
Not because they weren’t true,
but because I wasn’t sure the world would hold them gently.

There are moments I’ve written in the quiet of my journal
that have stayed tucked away—
tender, trembling truths I wasn’t sure I was allowed to speak.

But something has shifted.
And I don’t want to carry this alone anymore.
Not as a cry for attention—
but as an offering. A mirror. A release.

This is not a callout.
This is a calling in—to myself, and to anyone who’s ever been made to feel
too emotional, too difficult, too sensitive, or too much…
just for needing peace.

I’ll be sharing this series slowly—
one post, one truth, one layer at a time.
Journal entries. Real-time healing.
And the sacred messiness of becoming.

I’m not crazy.
I’m not spoiled.
I’m healing.
And if you are too—
I hope you find your reflection in these words.

You can follow along with the tag
or just meet me here, post by post.
There’s no rush. No performance. Just truth—one whisper at a time
