Your nervous system is the first system your body builds in the womb.
Before muscles. Before organs. Before anything else.
Then your body creates a protective armor around it — your skull and your spine — because nothing is more important.
Every movement, every signal, every function in your body depends on how well that system is working.
But here’s the problem: modern life constantly puts stress on your spine. Sitting, screens, poor posture, workouts, injuries — it all adds up.
If you’re not actively taking care of your spine, you’re slowly compromising the system that controls everything.
Consistent care is not a luxury — it’s maintenance.
That’s why we recommend regular bodywork at least twice a month to keep your nervous system functioning at its best.
Take care of the system that takes care of you.

When you sit by a bonfire, your brain gets hypnotized by something it can’t predict.
The flames never repeat themselves, so your nervous system slowly lets go of control and drops into surrender.
And when everyone’s a little less guarded and a little more relaxed, that’s when the good, honest conversations finally show up.
If you want to feel better, move more. It is that simple.
Aim to hit all three: resistance, strength, and stretching. That could look like bands or bodyweight work, lifting weights, and taking time to loosen everything back up. The goal is consistency, not perfection.
And if you can track it on a fitness device, even better. What gets measured gets improved.
Your body was built to move. The more you do it, the better you feel day to day.
If you are in Atlanta or the Inman Park area and want help staying consistent, we have you covered at Any Spine.
Imagine writing down your biggest problem on a piece of paper and tossing it into a hat with 8 billion other people’s problems. Then you’re asked one question:
Would you reach in and trade yours for someone else’s?
Most people pause… and then slowly pull their hand back.
Because as heavy as our own struggles feel, deep down we know they’re familiar. We understand them. We’ve learned how to carry them.
Perspective doesn’t erase problems—but it can change how we hold them.
Sometimes growth isn’t about finding a better life… it’s about seeing your current one a little more clearly.

We’ve worked hard to build Any Spine as a genuinely safe, affirming space for the LGBTQ+ community—and we’re so grateful you’ve trusted us with your care.
Will and I are husbands, and this practice is an extension of our home and our values. Our doors, our chairs, and our conversations are open to q***r and trans folks, to chosen family, and to anyone who has ever wondered if a healthcare space would really see them as they are.
We also know we didn’t get here alone. The fact that we can stand together as a married couple, running a business we love in the city we call home, is because of generations of LGBTQ+ people who marched, organized, protested, and lived boldly long before us. We carry deep appreciation for those struggles and the rights they fought for—and we don’t take any of it for granted.
To everyone who came before, everyone still fighting, and everyone simply trying to live and love freely: we see you, we honor you, and you belong here.
Happy Pride Month, Atlanta. 🌈

If you haven’t heard, The Stinky Cheese Man and Other Fairly Stupid Tales is very entertaining. We had an amazing time. Go support this local establishment. :)
Step into a wildly inventive world where fairy tales don’t quite go as planned. This world premiere adaptation of the best-selling 1992 children’s book The Stinky Cheese Man and Other Fairly Stupid Tales by Jon Scieszka and Lane Smith bursts onto the stage in a fast-paced, laugh-out-loud world premiere at the Center for Puppetry Arts.
Packed with irreverent humor, unexpected twists, and a cast of delightfully unruly characters, this high-energy production gleefully turns classic fairy tales inside out. Familiar stories unravel, characters take over, and storytelling rules are tossed aside in a playful, anything-can-happen theatrical experience.
Brought to life through inventive puppetry and bold, handcrafted design, this one-of-a-kind show captures the book’s signature chaos and charm that delivers a nostalgic nod to its ‘90s roots while feeling fresh, surprising, and completely original.
Come ready to laugh, be surprised and see your favorite fairy tales like never before.
Can you pass the neck check? 🤔
Try these 2 moves — if you can’t do them OR they hurt, your neck is trying to tell you something 👀
Most people don’t realize how much tension and restriction they’re carrying around until they actually check. Your body has a way of compensating… until it can’t anymore. 😬
📍 If you’re in Inman Park, Atlanta and your neck just failed that test — that’s your sign to come see us. We help people in Atlanta, Inman Park, and the surrounding neighborhoods move better and feel better every single day.

Your body was designed to MOVE — not sit at a desk for 8 hours straight. 🚶♂️
Most of us think exercise means hitting the gym once a day, but the real game-changer? Staying active throughout your entire day. Park farther away. Take the stairs. Stretch between meetings. Walk to grab lunch on Edgewood Ave. It all adds up.
As an Inman Park chiropractor, I see every day how a sedentary lifestyle leads to back pain, tight hips, and tension headaches. The fix doesn’t have to be complicated — it just has to be consistent.
Small movements, done often, change everything.
📍 Serving Inman Park, Poncey-Highland, Old Fourth Ward & the greater Atlanta area.
👇 Drop a “MOVE” in the comments if you’re committing to more movement today!

While we lucked out with lower ice amounts than initially expected here in the city, the temperatures overnight will cause remaining moisture on the roads to refreeze, creating black ice. For everyone’s safety, our studio will be closed on Monday.
If you were scheduled for an appointment on Monday, we will cancel it on our end. Please reschedule as soon as possible so you can stay on track with your care.
At this time, we expect to be open for regular hours on Tuesday, pending road conditions. If you have an appointment scheduled for Tuesday, please check your email before coming in. We will only send another update if we also need to close on Tuesday.
We know this can be inconvenient, and we appreciate your understanding. Safety always comes first.
We hope everyone is staying safe and warm.
