Welcome to our newest Formidable Woman Beauty Board Member, Taylore Simone!

Taylore Simone is a full-time professional model, actress, and talent consultant who uses her platform to inspire others with a foundational theme of not compromising.

Theatrically trained, Taylore Simone has studied theater as a minor at the University of South Carolina. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Management with a Concentration in Entrepreneurship from the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business.

Throughout her career, she has worked on major television networks, such as TV One, Hallmark, and Disney. Taylore Simone can also be seen in commercials for brands such as Hilton, Lowe’s, and Nissan, to name a few. She has also done modeling for brands such as PGA Tour Superstore, L’Oréal, and Coca-Cola.

To date, Taylore Simone has about 10 films, 3 television series, and at least 20 commercials under her belt. Make sure to catch Taylore Simone as the Egyptian Queen in Disney’s new movie, Haunted Mansion, now streaming on Disney Plus.

In addition to acting and modeling, Taylore Simone assists aspiring and established talent with their packaging, social media presence, and furthering their network and visibility. We are thrilled to have her be a part of our Board of Advisors at Formidable Woman Beauty!

This week we are thrilled to announce the newest members of our Board of Advisors, a diverse group of experts who will help guide our mission to enhance beauty and wellness. Each member brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our brand, and we can't wait for you to meet them!

Meet our Board Member, Roger A. Silvera!

Born and raised in New York, Roger takes pride in being immersed in the community in which he lives and works. Since 1999, Tampa Bay, FL has been home.
Roger places a great focus on financial education, as he began his career as a champion advocate for financial literacy education in the Tampa Bay area and also in communities around the country.

He spends a great deal of his time working with small business owners and executives in the healthcare and technology arenas, providing workshops and webinars related to tax reduction strategies and, how taxes affect one’s retirement strategy, specifically for those in transition.

Roger is a trailblazer in financial literacy education and is extremely passionate about setting an example and moving the needle in an industry where people are often underrepresented and underserved in creating sound financial strategies.

Roger believes in empowering his clients to have a seat at the table regarding their financial matters and engaging in the crucial conversations necessary to take control of their financial future. He currently specializes in creating financial strategies for primary decision makers of small businesses in helping them to a create a path towards financial wealth, empowerment, and peace.

As a graduate of Coe College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, he also holds Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses as well as life and variable insurance licenses. Roger also has the distinguished LUTCF, FSCP and CLTC designations.

His dedication to financial services and his focus on empowering empowering small businesses and communities, aligns perfectly with our brand values and our mission.

She currently serves as Vice President of Marketing & Programs at Thompson Hospitality, where she spearheads innovative strategies across dining, hospitality, and brand experience sectors.

A dynamic speaker, certified Master Business Coach, Certified Global Human Rights Consultant, and author of 19 personal and business development books—with her 20th, I’m A Big Deal, releasing in Q3 of 2025—Daniela inspires individuals and organizations to unlock profitable, purpose-driven growth.
