This photo isn’t really about the physique. It’s about what it took to keep moving forward.

Last November, I was rear-ended and injured my back in three different places. It affected my nerves, and there were days I could barely walk.

Sometimes it took weeks just for the pain to drop from a 10 to a 7—and I learned to be grateful even for that.
It’s taken a toll on my clients, my personal life, my work, and my relationships.

I’ve lost some friends during this season, but I’ve also gained some—and learned a lot about who truly shows up when life gets difficult.

To the human eye, someone can look completely fine while carrying something you know nothing about.
Some days I had 100%. Some days I only had 20%. But if 20% was everything I had that day, then I still gave 100%.

I never stopped pushing. I know the goal, I know what I’m working toward, and I refuse to lose sight of it.
Count your blessings every day.

Hard seasons will change your body, your circle, and your perspective—but they can also remind you just how much strength you really have.

Fatherhood dump. 🖤

From a few hours old to 11 years later… time really does move different when you’re living it.

Proud of this young man. Proud of the journey. And grateful for everything that’s still unfolding.

We’ve both been working, growing, creating… and we’ve got some pretty special things in the works.

For now, I’ll just leave this here.

11 years. A whole lot of memories. And we’re just getting started. ♟️

Truth is, the answer has been sitting in the timeline the whole time.
