This client used to be a judge..she has been sitting in my chair for about 8mo now..basically when I first started doing the structured gel on myself and clients. She does the structured gel manicure.
This time, she tried the lovely Luminary lavender base + builder -i love it! The picture quality may not do it justice but I can't wait to try their other base +builder colors. Amazing stuff y'all

This client is newer to my chair, I had mentioned her before. She moved from Houston, and instead of gel extensions, I suggested she try structured gel for strength and durability. We use Luminary at Indigo where I work, the 1st picture is the Luminary clear (clarity) with CND Shellac Beau on top.
3 weeks later is the 2nd picture-transformation! her nails grew like wildfire! No issues- I am over the moon and so is she👏👏

Ok I have been slacking on posting it has been a hectic week!
I love this client she has been a pleasure to get to know better every 3 weeks💗
She does the structured gel mani with Luminary which is a multiflex gel overlay on her natural nails that we fill every 3wks and new gel polish on top.

This client brought in an Instagram picture and I thought it was really cute. It was a gel manicure if i remember correctly.
Flower dots are pretty non difficult nail art which i was relieved since I am new to it.
I will say that she wanted as close match to the colors in the instagram picture so I used gel polish instead of the Japanese gel that I prefer. I can def tell the difference! The client was happy with it though and thats what matters lol.

Just did my nails again..took some motivation lol. I keep structured gel overlay ..i started with Luminary ..i have tried Luxa..and this last time i filled my nails with Kokoist Bond Duo(black and silver pot).
I like them all , but the Kokoist seemed to self level and leave an overall more naturally thin looking nail. Its been fun trying different brands!
Of course I did the nail art with Kokoist gel color pots..thats all i use now if i want to try art on myself because the quality and consistency of it is amazing. Not runny like hybrid gel polishes. Makes trying art a lot easier for me and looks so much better! I hope you enjoy the colors as I do😍

This client just moved to Austin from Houston..she said she wanted gel extensions (gel x) at first, but when i asked her what her long term nail goals were, she said she wanted her nails to grow, be healthy, and have more strength.
So, I suggested we try the Structured Gel Manicure with , which is the clear gel by .
It is a semi-hard gel (can be removed with acetone) that creates structure and strength as an overlay on natural nails. It gets filled every 3-4wks-no soaking in acetone every appt and i do the manicure dry and the cuticles with an e-file. After the clear gel is applied, I apply a gel polish color of your choice.
I am anxious for this client to come back for her next appt to see how she likes it(hopefully she is addicted-most are!)
I will be sending more photos of her transformation in the future
