The controlled, timed heat, will cause the body to sweat and release toxins. It will definitely help you relax, while helping inflammation, post workout recovery and all around wellness.

We start off with 15 minutes of cavitation to help get your lymphatic system going, then we lather you up with our Sculpted Beauty anti-cellulite firming hot cream, wrap those areas with the osmotic wrap, and we finish up with 20-30 minutes in the infrared sauna blanket. You can book a detox session today or add on a infrared sauna blanket to any of your sessions!
