We don’t let just anyone perform SculptONE™.

Every esthetician at THE ONE Clinic is trained hands-on by our founders, from lymphatic drainage and fascia work to deep sculpting and acupressure.

Meet Lauren. Five years of experience, fully trained in the SculptONE™ method, and now taking new clients at our Austin clinic.

To welcome her, book with Lauren and we’ll add facial cupping to your session, free. A $30 value. Better circulation, less tension, and a face that looks lifted when you walk out.

This one’s for new clients, and for anyone at THE ONE who doesn’t have a regular esthetician yet. If you already have yours here, stay with her. She knows your face.

Comment CUPPING and we’ll DM you the code.

Your face isn't falling because of your skin. It's the ligaments underneath losing their grip.
You can wake them back up in 30 seconds.

These are your retaining ligaments: mandibular, masseteric, zygomatic, temporal.
They're the anchors that hold your face together.
Work them with the right pressure and you lift from the structure up, not the surface.

I only treated one side. 👀

This is Korean sculpting—manual release. No needles, no tools, no filler.
Just technique on the exact spots that hold your face up.

Here's the part most people miss: one pass lifts, but consistency is what HOLDS it.
Save this and follow this as often as you can, daily if you can.
Your ligaments respond to the HABIT, not the one-off.

It's the at home version of our SculptONE™ facial, same ligament work at home, taken deeper in the chair each month. 🌿

👇Where do you hold the most tension: jaw, cheeks, or temples? I'll tell you which ligament to work first 👇

2 minutes. Do this before anything else.

💦😪 Puffy face every morning isn't random.
It's fluid and waste that's built up overnight, and your lymphatic system needs help moving it out.

✅ Here's the routine I use and teach every client. Save and share with a friend who needs this.

Everything moves down. Everything drains out. Three times on each side, every step.
Two minutes every morning/night. Watch what changes. 🖤

🙊Your face isn't sagging because you're aging.
It's sagging because your fascia is stuck.

Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps around everything, and when it dries out, it GRIPS.
It pulls your skin DOWNWARD.

That's where jowls come from.
That's your double chin.
That's your jawline going missing.

These are some of the neck fascia release techniques we use at The ONE Clinic.

💯 Watch how the tissue responds when you actually work it.

Most people have never heard of fascia. But once you feel a release? You get it immediately.🔥👏

🫢Your nervous system is stuck here.

Most therapists won't touch this area. It's sensitive, it's deep.

But this is where trauma lives in the body.

When stress never fully resolves, the neck fascia grips and stays gripped.

Your vagus nerve runs right through here.
When this finally releases, people cry. Not because it hurts. Because they've put something down they've been carrying for a long time.

🔥 Drop a comment if you want to see how to release this at home.

You’ve been stopping at your jawline.

That’s the mistake.

If your lower face feels heavy, your jaw feels tight, or your face looks puffy no matter what skincare you use, your face may not be the real problem.

Everything trapped in your face has to drain down through your neck.

But when the neck fascia and muscles are tight, everything above it can feel stuck. Puffiness, jaw tension, heaviness, and less definition.

That’s why we don’t just work on the face.

Oil up, slow it down, and sweep toward the collarbone.

Your whole face softens when your neck lets go.

Skincare can help the skin, but if the tension and stagnation are still there, you may keep feeling like your results don’t last.

And the deeper release underneath — the fascia and muscle work?

👀🥄 That’s coming next. Don’t miss it.

Let us know any questions you have for the neck release! ❤️

Tired, puffy face isn't about how much you slept. It's fluid that got stuck overnight, and you can move it in 5 minutes.

This is SculptONE™, Korean sculpting — manual release.

We lift, drain and sculpt using only the hands, by releasing the fascia underneath.

No needles, no tools. And you can do a mini version of it at home 👇

5 STEPS
#1 Masseter — right, left, right, hold
#2 Mid-cheek — same rhythm, sweep right, left, right and hold with third finger
#3 Forehead —interlock your fingers, gentle pressure at the hairline
#4 Finger Cupping & Rolling - cup and roll, separating the fascia from the skin
#5 Temple - finger cupping and rolling and finish at the temporalis muscle

Do it morning and night. The more you do it, the more it drains and the more your face lifts on its own and holds the lift.

This is the at-home taste of our SculptONE™ facial. 🌿

And tell me — where do you hold it most: jaw, under-eyes, or forehead? 👇

Your jowls might not be an aging problem.
They might be a fascia problem.

When the fascia in your neck and chest gets tight, it pulls down on everything above it.
Heavier jawline, deeper smile lines, less definition.

Gua sha was built for this.
Gua = scrape
Sha = the temporary redness that can show up after.

And you don’t need a fancy stone. Gua sha is a technique, not a tool.
A smooth spoon from your kitchen works.
Quick, gentle strokes, back and forth, always moving downward.
You’re softening tight tissue, moving lymph, and waking up circulation.

Sometimes the best facelift starts below the face.

📌 Save this so you can follow along at home tonight.
💌 Share it with a friend who’s been side-eyeing her jawline lately.
