If you have PMDD you are most likely trying to wrestle your brain to the ground every single month just so you can survive another cycle. I’ve been working with a few small groups of people with PMDD teaching them this simple mindfulness practice which has been making a huge difference for so many people. I’m offering this free workshop to talk about and teach the practice to anyone who would like to learn. If you know anyone who has PMDD or just wants to make a little more peace with their mind, Please share this free event with them. 🙏It will be most useful if you can attend life so you can ask questions ❓but we will be providing the recording for those who are unable to attend.💕💕

Heavy bleeding can disrupt your daily life and be quite distressing.
That feeling that you don't want to move nor talk to anyone. Just a little movement feels like you are peeing. The feeling is very exhausting. There should be Menstrual equality. No period shaming because they don't know how we deal with it.

Ah, the dreaded menstrual cramps, also known as dysmenorrhea. Most women who've had periods have also had these pains, which come on either a day or two before or during menstruation.

Menstrual cramps can be so severe for some women that they disrupt their daily lives, causing them to miss work, school, or other obligations. That’s the time you should seek a doctor's advice.

This painful period really needs attention before it's too late.

Endometriosis takes so much from us. It’s exhausting and debilitating and sometimes it feels like it never gives us a break. We seek anything that will help the pain even if it’s only for 5 minutes. To wake up most days and suffer through is challenging but we do it anyway because we deserve to live as much as a normal life we can, without chronic illness getting in the way. We are a community and the support and love we give each other is so important. You are never alone in this fight, and hopefully one day, our bodies will be at peace.

We are still fab and beautiful with our endo bellies.

Be proud even our belly bloats. Surgeries and other marks from endometriosis will be the mark of our toughness. Dealing with endometriosis makes us a warrior.

Stand out and shine girl, be proud of our Endo Belly!

This is what endometriosis pain can be.

It’s so important to know that endometriosis is not just a gynecological disease. It can affect a lot of other organs and cause a lot of different symptoms. In fact, it often needs to be treated by a team of specialists. It’s so much more than just bad periods.

If I were to describe the pain? It's like someone's stabbing my abdomen. I know what girls with endometriosis feel like. Keep fighting. You are not alone.
