I can go without lipstick… but a good glossy lip?! THAT'S a different story. 😂💋
There's just something about a little shine that makes your lips look so much prettier, whether you're wearing a full face of makeup or absolutely NOTHING!
But here's where I get picky. 👀
I don't want to put just anything on my lips, especially when I'm reapplying it throughout the day. I pay attention to ingredients, how something feels, and whether it actually does what I want it to do.

It's a clear gloss made by a friend of mine from my St. George days, and it's become one of those products I reach for without even thinking about it.
I wear it over my lip colors for that beautiful glossy finish, but it's just as pretty on its own. And coming from someone who sleeps with her mouth open 😂, I LOVE that it actually stays put and keeps my lips feeling comfortable!

Remember when we used to actually PLAY with our makeup instead of doing the same 5-minute routine every morning?
I feel like somewhere along the way, a lot of us found our go-to colors, figured out what worked, and just stuck with it!
And there's nothing wrong with that. But I forget sometimes how much I enjoy switching things up, even if it's just trying a different eyeshadow combination.

I became the illness - my whole life- every thought, every expression, every story I told. That was me- I was it
Until I wasn’t
Until I chose to wake up
Until I realized I couldn’t heal if that was the part that got the biggest focus
Life quickly changed when I changed all that
That doesn’t mean there aren’t moments that go back to the old ways- but I’m in full recognition mode now because I woke up!
I woke up to what I was capable of having
I woke up and took care of me
I woke up and worked on healing my nervous system
I woke up and saw how good life really was
I woke up and realized I have so much even within certain circumstances
It’s wild what can happen when you heal yourself on an emotional level!
That’s where I’m here - sharing this over and over again!

The fact that we can’t even last staying occupied like we used to, tells me our nervous systems have been left stranded so many times.
I truly had no idea what any of that even meant until all the sudden, I couldn’t breathe, I definitely had symptoms of something (not knowing what) but until trials smacked me in the face and I couldn’t continue living like I was - did I start doing something.
But it took a long time to figure out what I even needed because you can’t create habits off of something you don’t understand.
You’d ask me where I started, and I’d feel self conscious cause I didn’t know what to say cause I had to sort out so much. Until I finally figured it out - what was missing was knowing what was missing- that sounds weird but until I realized what thought processes I had lost in how to fix it, I couldn’t fix it
And that’s when I sat down and built my course- not to have just “another thing” but because it was an organized method of where to even begin to begin to understand where to begin 🤣
