I don’t scold my clients and/or patients but I definitely ask questions to get to the root of the problem.
She comes in regularly for her facials, brows, & lashes. I kept asking her if she’d done anything differently with her skin because there’s absolutely NO REASON for her to be getting deep discoloration if she’s following protocol & I’m doing proper care on my end.
Well y’all, turns out my girl was using a blue light LED face mask a few times a week. 🤦🏾♀️ LED masks are a great tool to use if used properly. I also know my client/patient was trying to stay ahead of the game on skincare. This is a forever journey but it’s so important to ask before implementing new products & techniques into your routine. I’ll get her back right for sure but I just wanted to reiterate the importance of skin maintenance. 💚
