To my clients, my friends, and anyone who has seen me lately and thought, “She seems a little off…” You weren’t wrong. I’ve felt it, too.

Honestly, my body has been glitching for months and I’ve just been trying to keep a straight face while I figured it out. I kept blaming the stress of opening the new studio and everything in my personal life, telling myself I just needed more sleep or more coffee. I felt like I was feeling and acting so weird and I couldn’t explain why.

I finally have my answer.

It turns out I’ve been fighting a physical battle I didn’t have a name for until now.

While that’s all I’m going to share online for now, having this clarity changes everything! I can finally stop fighting against myself and just start leaning into what my body actually needs. I built this studio to be my dream space, and now I realize it’s exactly the sanctuary I needed to heal and adapt. ✨

Thank you for being so patient, kind, and sticking by me while I was literally building in the dark. Now that the lights are on and I have some answers, I’ve never been more ready to create with all of you!

I know I’m going to beat this because I have the most positive and supportive orbit around me🤍 I’ve been using the time I’m forced to rest to dive deep into lots of advanced hair extension education, and I’m so excited to announce that I will have 2 NEW product lines in by the end of the month! I’m turning these lemons into lemonade!🍋 I’m so inspired and I can’t wait to show you what’s coming next for Hair By Meghan!✨
