We all know how hard it can be to stay healthy on the run. So, here are five healthy Austin, TX on-the-go spots for you to stick to your fitness goals! πͺπΌππΎββοΈπ₯¦
1. Field of Greens; If youβre ever near the UT Campus, make sure to check out this place! Their salads are literally amazing.
2. Snap Kitchen; Maybe youβve hear about this one already. But their pre-packaged healthy meals are perfect for whenever you need something quick and ready to eat.
3. JuiceLand; This place is known for their delicious hearty smoothies. However, they also have a few pre-packaged meals you can purchase, while enjoying a colorful smoothie.
4. Conscious Cravings; This place is healthy, fast, and affordable! You can get anything from vegan wraps to salads to smoothies. They also have a bunch of different locations available in Austin.
5. Wheatsville Co-op; This is one of my favorites. If you love buffet style eating, this is the right place for you. They have an endless variety of healthy options to pick from.

For all our college students out there, we know how hard it can be to stay active and be healthy while in college. So, we decided to share with you a few simple tips on how to stay active, healthy, and happy during your time as a student! ππ©πΎβππ
1. Walk or ride your bike to class! Avoid taking the bus or driving. This way youβll be able to sneak in some exercise between classes.
2. Eat breakfast! I understand how easy it is to skip breakfast and sleep in a couple of extra minutes. But it is so important to start your day off right with some healthy carbs, fats, and protein!
3. Drink water. Weβve all heard this one before way too many times, yet we still forget to constantly drink water throughout the day. Keep a water bottle around, that way you wonβt forget.
4. Join a sports team! Most colleges have a variety of intramural teams that anyone can join regardless of skill level. Pick a sport you like, and go for it!
5. Finally, sleep! Work out your sleeping schedule, take a nap, avoid all nighters⦠lack of sleep can create a big impact on your health. Plus, sleeping is amazing.

Sneak in exercise into your day with these 5 easy tips:
1. If youβre going somewhere within a mile of your house, donβt drive there, walk! Instead of driving to your local neighborhood coffee shop, walk there.
2. Watching TV? During commercial breaks try to do some fun and easy exercises like squats, lunges, or push-ups.
3. This is an easy one, take the stairs! Try to avoid taking the elevator everyday, and take the stairs once in a while. You will notice the difference.
4. Try to do 10 repetitions of any exercise you like (squats, crunches, etc.) everyday! Do them as soon as you wake up and before going to bed.
5. Finally, invite friends to workout and make exercise a part of your weekend activities.

3. UT Austin; UTβs campus is perfect for working out. You can do anything from yoga to jogging anywhere on campus.
