10 Easy Self Care Activities
You Can Do TODAY (number 10 is my fav!)

✨Take a walk in nature or around your neighborhood to get some fresh air and exercise.
✨Escape into a good book for a while, whether it's fiction, non-fiction, or a self-help book.
✨Create a calming playlist or listen to your favorite music to boost your mood.
✨Reflect on your thoughts and feelings by writing in a journal. It can be a great way to release pent-up emotions.
✨Stretch your body with some yoga or simple stretching exercises to release tension.
✨Prepare a nutritious meal or snack for yourself.
✨Cooking can be a therapeutic activity.
✨Write down things you are grateful for in your life.
✨Tackle a small area of your living space and declutter it. A tidy environment can have a positive impact on your mental state.
✨Take a break from screens and social media to reduce digital overwhelm.

What to keep in mind right after your Ombré Powder Brows session 🤔
✨ You will notice that the color gets darker the first few days as the ink oxidizes.
✨You will see peeling of the brows, that is NORMAL. Do NOT peel or scratch or pick at the brows during this time.
✨Your brows will lighten up and you will wonder if this is your permanent color. It is not, your end color will show at your 5 weeks healing time.
✨You WILL enjoy your newly smudge free waterproof brows .
