With so much information overload we are seeing, I wanted to give my followers a friendly reminder that being “perfect” is stressing you out.
Let. It. Go.
Don’t let it steal away another moment from your precious life. While in wellness we all strive to be better, let’s not lose focus.
Let it be well with your soul. Walk often, run when required and rest when necessary, and I mean in your life.

I’ve met so many of you and now that we are growing, there are many of you I haven’t met. Getting on here and sharing my heart is one way I try to connect.

Enjoy the journey. Embrace it. Let social media inspire you, not rule you.
The spa life is simple: embrace your authentic self, slow down and allow yourself to be cared for.

We take care of the learning and science. You rest and repair.

We hope to see you at Bethesda in Avon, Ohio 💛
