Unfortunately, based on life events, I have to wait on relaunching weekly lunch service. I may offer an occasional lunch. I would appreciate prayers for healing and wellness. As always thanks for your support. ❤️. Tracy Kraft Roth

The Lunch Bunch. UPDATE TO LUNCH SERVICE
I won’t be offering it this year. As many of you know, I have had digestive issues for some time. After some testing, I found out that my body has a high level of inflammation and my immune system is on high alert (compromised). There are also foods I must avoid, due to intolerance. Waiting on another test result.

Definitely will be taking this year to heal and nurture my body, mind and soul. Appreciate all prayers 🙏🏻 and support.

The Lunch Bunch, I have decided to press pause on lunch deliveries at this time. Time to make my health a priority. In order to do this, I have to modify my diet and lifestyle. The goal is to reduce gut inflammation. I will start with 30 Day Elimination Diet of no gluten, dairy, alcohol, spicy foods and caffeine (+ maybe corn and soy), then slowly reintroduce a food group at a time. This should shed light on my food allergies and intolerances. Yes, definitely going to be challenging for a foodie like myself.
