Before there was Reveal, there was a trauma nurse.
Martha Barreto, RN, began her career caring for patients in emergency medicine. She spent more than seven years in the Kern Medical Center Emergency Department, where clinical judgment, precision, and listening were part of every shift.
She later moved into dermatology, laser treatments, and injectable aesthetics.
She found a field where medicine, artistry, patient education, and confidence could come together.
Then she built something of her own.
Martha founded Reveal Medical Aesthetics around a patient-first standard:

♦ Treat intentionally.
♦ Protect what makes each patient look like themselves.
Today, Martha is the founder of Reveal, an aesthetic nurse injector, a Galderma National GAIN Trainer, and a member of the AIAM aesthetic training faculty.
She is the injector who trains injectors.
She helps educate other medical professionals in facial assessment, anatomy, treatment planning, injectable products, and technique.
But her credentials only tell part of the story.
Martha’s goal has never been to make every patient look the same. It is to help you understand your options, choose treatments that fit your goals, and leave feeling confident in your own skin.
