Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Reminder 💕

I completely understand that life happens and emergencies come up, and I always do my best to be understanding and accommodating. However, I also need to protect the time that is reserved specifically for each client.

As a reminder, the waiver signed at your very first appointment outlines my late cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policy.

✨ Appointment Reminders
All clients receive appointment reminders through the GlossGenius app, typically the week of the appointment as well as two days before. When you receive these reminders, I highly encourage you to double-check your schedule and make sure your appointment date and time still work for you.

✨ Why Notice Is Important
When an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, it can be extremely difficult to fill that time slot. That appointment time was reserved specifically for you, and another client may have missed the opportunity to book it.

Many service providers require at least 48 hours’ notice. I have chosen to allow a shorter 24-hour window to give my clients additional flexibility, so I kindly ask that this policy be respected.

✨ Rescheduling Is Easy
When you receive your GlossGenius reminder, you can immediately access the booking calendar and reschedule your appointment yourself to any available date and time. This can be done at any time of day.

✨ Late Cancellation & Rescheduling Fee
Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, including same-day changes, are subject to a fee of 50% of the services originally booked.

Providing 48 hours or more notice whenever possible is greatly appreciated and will help you avoid additional charges.

Please also understand that repeated cancellations or reschedules within the 24-hour window may result in being unable to book future appointments with me.

This policy is never personal. My schedule is the foundation of my business, and adequate notice gives me the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.
