Misconception of being skinny is SKINNY IS good easier and many other things.
Top picture I’m skinny, depressed under eating, and low self esteem. Skinny is not always what it’s cracked up to be also it’s hard to gain muscle and my muscles are so long MERRRR😁

Bottom picture is Still skinny but muscle. Depression tries but can’t surface any longer. Eating still an issue but more now than ever! Self esteem well it ain’t low but it ain’t at a level where I’m to big for my britches.. Humility is key in that area. 5yrs difference but NO ONE EVER TELLS TOU IF YOUR MENTAL is not right you’ll just keep hitting dips. Dips we dig bigger because of all the mental issues WE MAKE IT DEEPER.
It gets better NOT EASIER life’s not easy BUT God does say he will get us through and HE SURE HAS!!
