Strawberry horchata🍓 , my favorite summer drink😋 it’s so delicious, creamy and easy to make! Let’s make it. 

-1 1/2 cups of long grain rice , jasmine rice works as well
-4 cinammon sticks
-3 cups hot water +1 more cup of water 
-2 cups of whole milk
-14 oz can evaporated milk
-1 tsp vanilla 
-12 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 lbs strawberries
-crushed ice 

-1 soak the rice and cinammon sticks in 3 cups of hot water overnight or at least for a few hours. Wash the strawberries , remove the stems and cut them in half. Now add 1 lb of the strawberries to a blender with 1 cup of water, blend well, and save the rest to cut up to add to the pitcher at the end. Set the purée to the side and blend the rice and cinnamon sticks with 1 cup of water and vanilla. Now strain the horchata in a large pitcher , add the milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk,  and mix well. Add the strawberry purée and mix again. At the end add the chopped strawberries and crushed ice and mix one more time and enjoy!
