Ok you vegans can enjoy are jerky now!! I have come up with a secret process that has turned tofu into the next best thing to meat. You vegans scoff. I will send you a sample and you tell me what you think. I have fooled a bunch of co-workers and they thought it was meat.

Got the Jerky meat marinading, on it's second day, and going to be smoking it tomorrow. A small batch to fill some orders but there will some left for sales. If intrested leave me a post. We have Sweet and Savory, Sez-Me, Chipotle, and Habanero.
