Last week I quietly celebrated 1 year of sobriety. An accomplishment that I am proud and grateful for. I’ve replaced old vices with healthy ones. I stand before you today a huge work in progress, but, with more clarity than ever before. I will continue to embark on my spiritual journey. Setting the foundation to being the best version of myself as I pour into my craft as a therapist. Not finished just focused!

Fitting that this program took 9 months to complete. Because that is the term it takes for new life to begin. That is exactly how I feel in my new practice. Truly loving my profession and the joy I bring to people on a daily basis through touch and healing. I can say that I found the basis to my calling and will continue to build my health and wellness brand to its highest standard. Thank you to all my clients who have supported me and trusted me to give them the experience they deserve.
