Cubic Inch Gardening
Information of how to grow an abundance of nutritious food vertically within a small space and expending minimal time and resources.
I have proven that I am able to grow within six square feet and spending 10 minutes per day produce with a market value exceeding $400.00 per year. This is only possible with the Garden Cell system. Keep an eye on this page as I will be adding more information regularly. It is my goal to help take the burden off of our critically stressed resources and our delicate planet whose human population of over 7 billion is expected to grow to 9.5 billion by 2050. We can't feed the peoples of the earth now. What "on earth" (pun intended) shall we do. What we need to do and do NOW is get people to start growing their own food. It takes 7.5 gallons of water to grow a head of lettuce on a conventional farm. I can grow that same head of lettuce with 1.5 gallons of water and not pollute the land, sky and oceans!

The toll of the 2015 California drought. Bakersfield. What was at one time thriving farmland as far as the eye can see full of crops which in time would be on the diningroom tables throughout the country. Now the only thing growing in this parched land is the tumbleweeds and sagebrush
A depressing gloom hangs over the valley, thinking of the farmers trying to make a living without much needed water and food prices about to spike.
We must take action NOW! If all people who are able to, would grow much of their own produce and use our water more responsibly The rivers would flow once again and the desert would once again blossom as a rose.

this is a sequence of photos to show the progression of the growth of the numerous plants in the small confines of this system. You may see changes at times, as I will be moving plants around to maximize potential growing space. You will also notice changes due to harvesting and reseeding.
