Jackie is a first-generation college graduate who earned every step of her career, from her associate degree in nursing all the way to becoming a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Along the way, she worked in emergency medicine at a Level II trauma center, cardiac nursing, home health, and wound care.
That kind of experience shapes how someone cares for people. You learn to stay calm, notice the details, and treat every person in front of you with respect.
