Cinnamon is one of the oldest spices known to mankind and the popularity of honey is still high. Oil of cinnamon and honey contains enzymes that produce hydrogen peroxide which classifies them into food with antibacterial activity that may preclude the growth of bacteria and fungi.

These two foods are not only used in nutrition and medicine,but as an alternative method of health treatment too.

Many doctors and scientists believe that honey is very healthy and the there are no any side effects if it’s consumed in optimal dose.
