is the lead therapist at in Baltimores Inner Harbor. He received a B.S in Kinesiology before going to massage school. He is passionate about movement and has a deep understanding of the human body. Jake is certified in IASTM, SportStretch, cupping.
I have hand picked these therapists and continue to work with and mentor them. Getting on their schedule is the best thing you can do for your body 👏🏻

I’m Caty, sports massage therapist for 10 years specializing in injury prevention and rehabilitation. I’ve worked with NFL, MLB, strongman, CrossFit, collegiate athletes and every person in between!
I am certified in IASTM, cupping, and SportStretch. I use all three modalities in my practice daily.
Catch phrases include: ‘I’m so sorry’ and ‘motion is lotion’
I currently can be found prepping players for NFL combine 🏈

Shrine Bowl 2023 ✅
This week was a whirlwind of recovery working with some great athletes and talented therapists. While I’ve been a therapist for almost a decade, this was my first time running a recovery room this size for a whole week. It was such an amazing experience and I’m so grateful that trusts me with her brand. I’ll always treat it with the same love and respect as my own business. I love being apart of this network.
