This helped me a whole lot!! By the Grace of God🙌🏽🙌🏽 I was feeling better on the 10th day.

PLEASE DO NOT PLAY AROUND. COVID ain’t waiting for nobody!!

My symptoms included:
1st-Body aches
2nd-Fatigue followed with Headache
3rd-Slight cough with mucus
4th-Chills slight fever
5th-lost of taste and smell
-You have to stay consistent do not play around pump your immune system full of Vitamins A,B and C also zinc
-Clean your air with lemons,ginger and orange peelings( I some used some Vicks v***r rub in it also )
-Do a breathing treatment over this same pot ( put towel over your head breathe in treatment for 10 min or as long as you can stand)
-Make sure you shower(Make water as hot as you can stand)
-Drink hot tea with lemons ginger and honey and halls ( that Grandaddy whiskey your last couple of days make a hot Totty as my grandma called it) lol
It will really open you up!!
