This was our second date so we totally were able to hone in on what we really needed the hair to look like both on natural and smooth days based on how how her natural responded.

When she requested this and said “stripes??!” I couldn’t help but giggle because the last time I did stripes on anyone was when I was in like 9th grade (07/08 dear god kmn)

Anywho. Used all for this. Blondme to get through the layers of dark dye we did recently, for the blonde, orange and dark brown :)

Her fade out is actually looking great- schwarzkopfs red and oranges have great staying power compared to other brands!

Long over due post of our first session to being a milk tea baddiieeee after putting dark dye on her ends and being a semi split dye. Lol patience!

Warm balayage is always the answer on a natural brunette

We do slices and tone with 9,5-1 with a splash of 9,5-98 😎
Her upkeep is around 12 weeks, and that’s primarily because she can’t stand when her hair gets too long 😂

There is a way people!!
Impact of blonding does have something to do with your natural base color but it also has to do with how we place the foils on the head. Diagonally forward, backward,straight, weaves etc. all things for us to know. But do you think that would help you as a client if you had an idea? Let me know :)

The fade out will be gorgeous as it will go to a warm shade of caramel blonde (we don’t lift her too high) and she gets a toner every 4 months or so and she really doesn’t need to add more highlights until 6 months (around the hairline and part and maybe some tip outs)

Brunettes have to be low maintenance when it comes to adding in my lightness because it takes one session to many for them to feel “blonde”

Dimension will *always* be in. Did a reverse balayage to break up the blonde and brought up some highs too
