I was Blessed with a new client today🙏(long post🚨)She had previously gotten her hair cut by a new stylist last week. She had shoulder length hair and and she wanted a pixie cut> long story short she was left with this🥺 choppy, tapered,random holes in the cut,crazy …

When she sat down and spoke to me about her previous experience I could tell she was expecting the worse. She was fully ready to hear,” I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do to fix this”

I reassured her it’s not as bad as it could be. It’s ok. No bashing another stylist because she probably cut the best way she knew how

But this is why consultations are so important. DO NOT rush this part of your service not only will it help you understand what the guest is looking for, but also help the client feel more comfortable and relaxed in your chair.
