For the month of January I'm committing to 1 mile of movement every day. Each day with each mile I'm honoring a fallen officer and fallen K9. Follow my journey as I honor those heroes who gave all.

Happy Thursday. Ill be working on that new me after work.
Day #2 Shift Shop Strength 25 and Body Beast Build Legs. 338 days til Summit 2018. Im committed to the process. Had 2 victories today. No soda and no interest in it. And the kids wanted a chicken sandwich from Chick Fil a. I got nothing. Im eating my dinner at home.

You have to start somewhere. Start today and make no excuses
Day #1 of my training toward Summit 2018. Shift Shop Speed 25 and Beast Chest and Tris.
To start something new you have to rid of the junk. So preparing for the start of Shift Shop tomorrow. Step #1- get rid of all the junk foods accumulated over the past 2-3 months. Step #2-food prep. Step #3-no more soda that snuck back into my life recently. Choices vs consequences. .
