There has been an update and you now have to opt into sms messages every single time you book an appointment.
When I book an appointment for you, I will also have to opt you in (every single time)
With that being said, I have gone in and opted everyone in that is booked for May.
I am not a fan of this new update, so I will be on the hunt for a new booking system.

As we move forward for now, if you book an appointment, please don’t forget to push “opt into sms messages”

It has been brought to my attention that a lot of my clients aren’t receiving their appointment reminder. I am in contact with support and should have this corrected soon!

If you think you have an appointment coming up and want to confirm, please feel free to reach out to me via text and I will be happy to confirm that appointment.
Please do this in an appropriate amount of time to eliminate confusion and avoid no show/ late fees!
