A Little Business Update 🤍
Hi everyone! I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you, thank you, thank you for all of the love and support you continue to show my business! 🥹🤍 I’m so incredibly grateful for every appointment, referral, kind message, and every person who chooses to sit in my chair. Your support truly means so much to me! ✨

With that being said, I wanted to share a small update regarding my cancellation policy moving forward:
✨ Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the appointment cost will be due.
✨ No-shows: 100% of the appointment cost will be due.
When appointments are cancelled with very little notice, I’m often unable to fill that time slot with another client. As a small business owner, that means that time becomes lost income for me. My schedule is my livelihood, so this policy is simply in place to help protect my time and keep my business running smoothly. 🤍
I completely understand that illness, emergencies, and unexpected things happen, and I will always do my best to work with you when I can. I just kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible when you need to cancel or reschedule.
Thank you so much for respecting my time, my business, and my policies. Most importantly, thank you for continuing to support my little business! I am beyond grateful for each and every one of you! 🩷
