My Time is My Time!
.
It is also money, it is also precious and I can not get it back! If I make an allowance and accommodation for you during off hours and you do not show, are extremely late, or whatever the case may be, its a slap in the face to me and shows no consideration for My Time.
Going Forward, my listed hours online are my hours PERIOD. I'm alotted a certain amount of hours per week which I struggle to stick to in order to get everyone in. It costs me in the long run because I work for a company and I'm on their time. I suggest scheduling your next appointment at the end of your current appointment while we are both able to explore the schedule together. If you are unable to get in that way, a call list will be created on a first come, first serve basis.
*ONLINE BOOKING*
Please be honest about the service you NEED when scheduling. If you need a service that takes a certain amount of time and there is no slot available for you to book that, I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO DO THAT SERVICE! This does not mean to then book a service that fits in that slot but expect the actual lengthier service when you get there. "You will receive what is booked and add ons ONLY IF TIME PERMITS!" (Add Ons are additional services with additional prices)
