I'm officially back from my mountain escape, feeling refreshed, recharged, and so excited to be back in the treatment room!

One of the highlights of my trip was tackling the Manitou Incline—all 2,768 steps of it! Between the climb, the mountain air, and some much-needed time to reset, I came home with a renewed appreciation for what our bodies are capable of... and how important it is to take care of them.
