To my clients who have been here with me every step of the way through my mom’s battle with cancer, I just wanted to come on here and let everyone know that yesterday July 5th my beautiful, amazing mother passed away peacefully surrounded by everyone she loves while I held her hands.

My mom was a hairstylist for many years, THE best hairstylist if you ask me or anyone else who’s had the pleasure of getting their hair done by her. She was so talented and creative, stayed booked and had people flying in from all over the place just to sit in her chair. Her clients loved her so much and when they see me to this day they gush about her. She was SO passionate about hair even years after she stopped working and she was my biggest inspiration to follow in her footsteps to become a hairstylist myself, she is the reason why I fell in love with this craft. She taught me everything she knew and the knowledge and skills she gave me live on in my work. Every head of hair I touch carries a little piece of Laurie’s magic, her talent, and the legacy she leaves behind. I will carry the torch and do all I can to make her proud.
