Beginning this month, Hayat Wellness Studio will select one recipient each month to receive a complimentary wellness session.

This opportunity is intended for individuals experiencing significant stress, caregiver responsibilities, burnout, emotional exhaustion, or a difficult season of life.

This program is not based on income, diagnosis, or paperwork.

It is based on compassion.
