My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, let go of tension, and fully reset.
Whether you’re coming in to unwind, stretch out, or simply take time for yourself.
If you’re constantly clenching your jaw, grinding your teeth, carrying tension in your shoulders, or noticing headaches that seem to start around your temples, forehead, or the back of your head, the muscles around your jaw and neck may be part of the picture.
And sometimes, working directly on the area that hurts isn’t the whole answer.
The jaw, neck and shoulders all work together. When one area stays tense, other areas can compensate and become overloaded too.
Massage can help address some of that muscular tension and give those areas a chance to relax and move more freely.
If this sounds familiar, your jaw might not be the only thing that needs attention.

No membership. No contract. No surprises. 🙏
I keep my pricing simple: one flat rate, every time you book. No monthly fees, no pressure to sign up just to get a fair price.
60 min — $110
90 min — $160
120 min — $225
Cupping, aromatherapy, and prenatal massage are included when they’re right for your session — not billed as extras.
At most studios, those add-ons cost more on top of an already higher base rate:
+$20 aromatherapy
+$25 cupping
+$10 upgraded therapist fee
That can turn a $139 massage into $194.
*Other studio rates based on average local pricing.
No surprises. Just a great massage.
