Gut-Brain Connection that can help stomach issues and brain fog

Do you spend a lot of time hunched over your computer or your phone? Then this posture exercise is for you!
Exercise 2 in my series stretches your pec muscles, both the pec major and the pec minor.
Pec major:
1️⃣ Lay down on the ground
2️⃣ Put one arm out at a 90 degree angle, flat on the floor
3️⃣ Turn your head in the opposite direction, cheek and shoulder on the floor
4️⃣ Bring the opposite leg over and feel the stretch
5️⃣ Hold for 30 seconds
✨ Repeat on the opposite side
Pec minor:
1️⃣ Lay down on the ground
2️⃣ Put one arm out at a 45 degree angle with a straight elbow
3️⃣ Turn your head in the opposite direction, cheek and shoulder on the floor
4️⃣ Bring the opposite leg over and feel the stretch
5️⃣ Hold for 30 seconds
✨ Repeat on the opposite side
Both exercises, 30 seconds each side, 2 minutes total. It counters the forward flexion we all fall into from being on our devices so much.
