ONE WEEK! Let’s address some common details that raise questions! 🩷

🏢 The Lobby: this is where your outdoor shoes will live during class, the bathroom and water bottle station is here as well!

🎧 The Studio: once you pass those studio doors, clean shoes only, water only- and in a closeable bottle/cup to reduce spill!

🧦 The Outfit: clean shoes OR grippy socks. Anything you can move in, prepare to get warm/hot, and the less flowy the more functional!

👛 The Belongings: you may bring your purse/things into class but I ask that they would remain at the side/back of the room so we have room to MOVE at our mats. Feel free to have your closed lid water bottle near, and your phone!

📱The Phone: if you have filled out your liability waiver, you may have noticed there is a photo/video consent. NOT everyone is comfortable being on camera so I ask that your photos/videos be taken with your friends that are comfortable with it after class. IF we have a class that everyone has consented, I will notify you that photos and videos are a go!

📝 The Liability Waiver: folks we are exercising, always with safety and caution in mind, but things happen, therefore the liability waiver MUST be signed before participation. It is done digitally, a link for it is on my profile, otherwise there will be a QR code posted at classes for you to fill it out quickly before.

If you have any other questions please let me know, I can’t wait to see you in class, and work towards your wellness together! 😎😎😎

There isn’t sinage out for the studio yet, so take a good look at the building (although it’ll be dark out for our 6am classes!), and put it in your map the night before so you get familiar, until you become a confident regular 😉

Spots are still open for October 8th, 15th, 22nd, & 29th (weights & worship), but are limited so grab your spot NOW through the link in my bio💌

As we get closer, pleaseeee reach out with any questions if you have them! I can’t wait to see you on the mat🥰
