Skin as a System
Your skin didn’t change randomly. It’s responding to something real. Skin is a system, not a surface. Know your skin’s story.
We build pro-level skincare rooted in why skin changes.

You know that feeling after a wonderful treatment, when you wish you could take a little of the experience home?
The care. The attention. The sense that every step was considered.
That's something we appreciate about the experience Katie creates at Earth Body Massage.
She chose to incorporate our Quench Restorative Antioxidant Facial Elixir as a finishing step in her work.
We created the formulation. She decided how it could best serve the experience she creates for her clients.
To us, that's a meaningful professional partnership: respecting the practitioner's expertise rather than asking her to repeat our marketing.
Thank you, Katie, for sharing your experience with us.
Is there a wellness or aesthetic professional whose care has made a lasting impression on you? Send this her way.
You want that healthy, hydrated look.
Not the kind where your foundation slides around by lunchtime.
Not a heavy layer you can feel sitting on your face.
And definitely not another product that makes you second-guess your skin.
It's understandable why so many women hesitate when they hear the words "facial oil."
But here's what matters.
Not ALL facial oils are created equal.
The lipid architecture, their composition, how they're formulated, and how the product fits into your routine all influence the experience.
That's why we spend so much time thinking about the full formulation, not just its hero ingredients.
Because the goal isn't to convince every woman she needs a facial oil.
It's to help her understand what she's choosing and why.
**Tell us: when you hear "facial oil," what's your first thought? Glow, grease, breakouts, or something else?**
Going fragrance-free can be a smart choice if your skin doesn't tolerate fragrance well.
But removing one trigger and understanding why your skin became reactive are not always the same thing.
If skin calms when you simplify everything, that tells you something.
The next question is what else may have been contributing.
Hormonal changes. Stress. Over-exfoliation. Treatment accumulation. Environment. Barrier disruption. The overall load your skin was managing at the time.
Sometimes removing the irritant helps quiet the reaction.
Understanding the pattern helps you make better decisions when something changes again.
Save this if “I just need to strip everything back” has become your default whenever your skin reacts.

You keep changing your skincare. But has anyone asked what changed with you?
You've bought the serum.
Switched moisturizers.
Tried something gentler. Then something stronger.
And somehow, you're still standing in front of the mirror wondering why your skin doesn't look or feel like it used to.
Here's the part that gets overlooked.
**So much skincare advice starts with what to put on your face. Very little starts with what's been happening in your life.**
Maybe your skin feels drier than it did a few years ago.
Maybe the breakouts you're experiencing you haven't had since you were a teenager.
Maybe your favorite products don't feel quite the same anymore.
Those changes deserve more than another recommendation.
They deserve questions.
When did this begin? What were you using? What else changed? Have you been having treatments? Is your skin uncomfortable, or simply looking different?
This is the perspective Kelly brings from more than 20 years working with skin in the treatment room.
And it's part of why we created Results by Nature®.
We don't believe women should have to keep guessing their way through changing skin.
**If you've ever felt like you're doing everything right and your skin still isn't cooperating, this conversation is for you.**
Know a woman who's been going through the same thing? Share this with her.
Sometimes more than one thing is changing your skin at once.
A hormonal shift can change the inflammatory environment your skin is responding to. Add stress, disrupted sleep, treatment accumulation, or an already-strained barrier, and suddenly the same skin can behave very differently.
That is why we do not look at one breakout, one flare, or one product reaction in isolation.
We look at what may be stacking.
Because the question is not only, “What is happening to my skin?”
It is also, “What else changed at the same time?”
Save this for the next time your skin suddenly feels harder to read.

We are not here to give your skin a permanent label.
We are here to help you notice when it changes.
To understand the context that may be influencing it.
To choose formulas with more intention.
To ask better questions of the professionals guiding your care.
To know the difference between an ingredient trend and a finished formulation.
To recognize when more stimulation is not the answer.
To make healthier choices without turning skincare into a source of fear.
And to be clear about what the evidence supports.
That is Results by Nature®.
BioIntegrative Skincare for skin that changes because people do.
Know your skin’s story.

Transparency is not an ingredient list.
It is accountability for the choices behind it.
For us, that means explaining why an ingredient is in the formula.
It means distinguishing published ingredient research from evidence on a finished product.
It means thinking about formulation architecture, not just the ingredients people recognize on the label.
It means considering the package that protects the formula.
It means saying what we know, what we observe, and what still requires stronger product-specific evidence.
And it means resisting the temptation to make the claim bigger than the proof.
That is the kind of transparency we believe earns trust over time.

Oily.
Dry.
Sensitive.
Acne-prone.
Skin-type labels can be useful shorthand.
They can also become limiting when we treat them like permanent identities.
The same person can be oilier during one season, dehydrated during another, reactive after a procedure, breakout-prone during a hormonal transition, and less tolerant during a high-stress stretch.
That does not make your skin inconsistent.
It means skin is responsive.
At Results by Nature®, we look at state before type.
What is your skin reporting now?
What changed around it?
What does it have the capacity to manage today?
Your routine should change when your skin does.

Your skin experiences the whole treatment schedule, not each step in isolation.
Professional treatments can be valuable. So can well-chosen home care.
But peels, microneedling, laser, retinoids, exfoliating acids, shaving, scrubs, and other stimulation methods can overlap.
That total schedule matters.
If you receive professional treatments, your home routine should be part of the conversation.
Ask your provider:
What should I pause before treatment?
What should I continue?
When should I reintroduce stronger actives?
What signs would tell us my skin needs more recovery time?
The goal is not to be afraid of treatment.
The goal is to make sure stimulation and recovery belong in the same plan.
Retinoid at night.
Exfoliating acid twice a week.
Vitamin C every morning.
A peel last week.
Laser next month.
Another “resurfacing” product because the texture still is not where you want it.
Each step may make sense on its own.
But your skin experiences the total load.
When skin becomes tight, reactive, flushed, or suddenly intolerant of products it used to handle, the instinct is often to add another solution.
Sometimes the more useful question is whether the routine is already asking too much.
Stimulation without stability can create reactivity.
More is not automatically better.
