Last nights dinner! Baked Garlic Cheddar Chicken🤤
Ingredients
¼ Cup butter
4 clove garlic
½ Cup almond flour
½ Cup reduced fat parmesan cheese
1 Cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
1 Tablespoon dried parsley
¼ Teaspoon dried oregano
¼ Teaspoon black pepper
1/8 Teaspoon salt
Eight – 5.2 ounce skinless chicken breast
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
2. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat and cook garlic until tender, about 5 minutes.
3. In a shallow bowl, mix together almond flour, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, parsley, oregano, pepper, and salt. Dip each chicken breast in garlic butter to coat, then press into the mixture. Place coated chicken breasts in a prepared baking dish. Drizzle with any remaining butter and sprinkle with any remaining mixture.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear

Brittany has put in the WORK—lemme tell you!! I’m so proud of not only her physical transformation, but most importantly her mental🥰
“The picture on the left USED to be my goal weight picture when I began my journey at over 350lbs. At this time I was working for a well know health and fitness center. I literally LIVED in the gym!!! I worked out 5 to 6 times a week and ate what I thought was a balanced diet (counting calories, watching macros, etc.)
The picture on the right is from today. Can you believe I am actually 30lbs lighter NOW than I was in my goal picture!!?? I was KILLING myself in the gym and spending so much time stressing over what to eat!!
My health routine looks a lot different these days:
I DON’T go to the gym
I DON’T limit my calorie intake
I DON’T count macros
Instead….
I DO incorporate healthy movement daily
I DO eat 6 small meals a day
I DO focus on getting healthy protein and green veggies in daily
As someone who is not new to the health and fitness world, I can tell you I have tried it ALL!! This health program is a game changer and actually works!!”

Veggie Egg White Muffins
MY FAVORITE GO-TO! |SAVE|💚
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1.55 oz) fresh broccoli (1 green)
1/2 cup (2.63 oz) diced bell peppers (1 green)
7 oz egg whites (1/2 leanest)
1/4 tsp sea salt (1 condiment)
1/2 tsp ground pepper (1 condiment)
1 oz non fat feta (1 condiment)
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl mixture together all ingredients.
2. Spray muffin tray with non stick spray.
3. Pour mixture evenly to make 4-5 muffins.
4. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 min or until golden brown.
Makes 1 serving

Snapped this priceless pic a few days ago and had to share the story that goes with it…
8 months ago, Josh and I met Tim Starner. What we thought would be a normal relationship between an accountant and a married couple, quickly turned into more.
As our hired tax professional, he did his due diligence by finding out what we did for a living 😉
When we told him we were health coaches, his ears quickly perked up.
He mentioned that him and his wife would love to get healthy again, but it’s just been so hard to know what to do and when busy season rolls around each year, “everything just goes to sh*t.”
Fast forward 6 months and Tim and Candy THRIVING. Tim has lost 40 pounds and Candi has lost 20!!!
My favorite quote from Tim last week,
“I truly thought it would be impossible to lose weight during busy season. BOY was I wrong!!”
OUR ACCOUNTANT IS A ROCKSTAR and it’s been a joy walking by their sides!! Keep it up guys—we are so proud💪🏼
